how do i upgrade to 2.0 so that i can downgrade to 1.5?

If you got a Demo Disk, which had 2.00 upgrade, upgrade from that. Eitherwise, Download it from here

http://www.psp-hacks.com/downloads/EBOOT_2_0_US.zip

And put it in your H:\PSP\GAME\UPDATE folder. And if your planning to downgrade, follow this toturial.
