Help with Flaskmpeg, ifo, and extras plus no sound!!

Hi, I have searched and searched here and elsewhere but can not get the information I need.
Here goes: I know how to use Smartripper, and how to use Flaskmpeg to create avis that look and play great.
However, when I open Flaskmpeg and choose the DVD mode, that is, the ifo file, and if I try to convert any of the extra stuff listed in the ifo besides the actual movie--you know, the small 1 to 5 minutes extras.

DVD titles
................
0 - Duration: 1:29:30
1 - Duration: 0:4:22
2 - Duration: 0:5:22

DVD Audio tracks
..........................
ENGLISH
FRANCAIS
________________________________________
Well, I can get the video from these but not any sound!!
Any ideas? Thanks much,
