well i was using dvd2svcd with que enc to do it and was following the guide on this site after a long night of wait i woke up to this
Executing DVDAuthor. Commandline:
"C:\Program Files\DVD2SVCD\DVDAuthor\dvdauthor.exe" -x "C:\DVDAuthor.xml"
DVDAuthor failed for unknown reasons!
For details open: "C:\DVDAuthor_log.txt"
so i opened that and saw

Build options: gnugetopt iconv freetype
Send bugs to <dvdauthor-users@lists.sourceforge.net>
INFO: Locale=C

STAT: Picking VTS 01
STAT: Processing C:\MPlex_Muxed_File00.mpg...

"C:\Program Files\DVD2SVCD\DVDAuthor\mkisofs.exe" -o "C:\DVDImage.iso" -publisher "DVD2SVCD" -volid "" -dvd-video "C:\DVD-Files"
