I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or in another forum and I apoligze if I messed up...anyways, for some odd reason my DVD burner won't recognize the DVD. It won't even load up, and Windows tells me to insert a disc into the drive. It does have a few scratches, however, I have made backups with other DVDs that have been in worse condition and they came out fine. Any suggestions on what could be the problem?
