What is an iso and a ripkit and what r they what r they used for how do you use them it weould be helpfull if u gave me an example thanks.

An ISO is an image of a UMD, so it can contain videos, games or movies. You can dump your UMDs onto your Memory Stick and run them using UMD Emulator. Here is a guide:http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/284944.
A ripkit, is a program to reduce the size of an ISO. But to do all this you need a FW 1.0 or 1.5 PSP. (If you have the firmware version 2.00, you can downgrade to 1.5, theres a guide here:http://www.psp-hacks.com/psp-downgrade.php)

Thanks mate but the only problem is i got a v2.60 psp.
when i bought ma psp it 1.5 and it had we9 in japanese and i dont understand it one it so i wanted to knw can u change it to english

When u first start up your PSP, it asks what language you want it to be, just choose english. You can also change it in the settings menu.

You sure you can i think it loads up i japanese staight away ill check tho anyway wat about if u cant i hered u can change it to english with some iso but i didnt knw wahat that meant now i do
