I want to reload bitdefender on my computer, however, it won't continue because it states that I have bitdefender still on my computer. I have gone in to the ":search" menu on windows xp, typed bitdefender, and brought up all the files. I have deleted them all. However, there is one file, I can't delete because it say access priviledges are denied. what to do? I am the admiknistrator on this computer. This is a dll file. One I go to add/remove programs, bit defender isn't showing up in the window at all.
