Hi there!

I have a Motorola v220 and installed mobile phone tools. When syncing calendar appointments from my PC to the phone, the appointment alarms on the phone do not go on; instead the only thing the phone does by the calendar event is turning on the light as if I had opened it.

As an additional note, if I set up an appointment on the phone, it works without problem.

Following Motorola tech service suggestion, I have reset the phone on the config menu, but still that didn´t work.

Can anybody help me find a solution to this?
