I've heard about the methods of puttting import games on your HDD via HDloader and a swap trick, and installing your ps2 HDD into your pc and back again, but is it possible to use the HDL Dumb program to install imports via Lan?

Also, is there an elf that can be booted via the independence exploit that could boot import games? is this even possible?

use hdloader for copying backups, quicker than LAN.
Load hdloader
insert large disc size (4.35gb TOC)
let the ps2 recognise it
go to install
slidecard out your games and insert your import
close tray with slidecard
press X

For the exploit get an elf called cogswap loader it uses the same process as above:

let the ps2 recognise it
press X
slidecard out your games and insert your import
close tray with slidecard
press X

and your games should go, need anymore detail just ask, would have typed more but feeling really lazy at mo.
