You could, or if you know what you're doing you could break down the ROM and make your own crack. I don't suggest that, but it's a solution

Depends if there are many movies, foreign languages, stuff like that to remove from the ISO. For example Daxter was reduced from 1.3GB to less than 400MB by doing this.
