i tried to used dvd shrink and it said something about dvd redundency what does that mean and how can that be fix if possible?.....thank for the help

cyclic redudancy or crc read errors mean the disc is unreadable. try cleaning the disc and ur dvdrom/burner. if that doesnt work then the disc may be scatched or a bad pressing, in that case u would need to get a new original. u could always try dvddecrypter (select ignor read errors) or dvdfabdecrypter.

It's also one of the errors shrink can give when it can't handle the copy protection. Without knowing the movie it can either be that or what gamename said.
If it's a copy protection problem then rip w/ dvdfab decrypter then open those files in shrink and process as usual.
