Using HD Advance 3.0 ?????

I got the website and all that stuff, but I need some help from someone that actually will help. Im trying to put a game (Black Hawk Down) onto my PS2 hardrive, using the method (http://www.hdadvance.com/hd_advance_how-to-use.htm) to put games on the HDD through my PC. I've got it connected, i have the ISO of the game made (using DVD Decryptor), and i transfer it. So I rebooted the PS2 and tried playing the game, and it wont work, i just get a black screen. I followed the exact instructions on that page. Please help me, especially on how to used HDL dump. (yes, i did try the easy way first, same thing)

PS-what is a DVD-9 game?
