Look take it ez on me I just got a psp and want to know how to burn games/movies. This will sound pretty dumb but here goes. How do you burn to a dvd, the cds or dvds for psp are much smaller than the normal size ones. And the discs are also in a plastic case for psp, how do you work with this mini equipment on a pc?

This is the ps2 forum, and you can't burn UMD's. They are neither CDs nor DVDs (not just because of the size, a different type of laser is used to read them).

its a different kind of media in its own. sony has to release the burner first before anyone else can even have a burner. not to mention there are no umd-r or umd-rw which sony would have to release as well.
if you get impatient and want something to do, shave a dvd down to the size of a umd and have fun with it, it wont work but its something to do.
and in the future, keep racial comments to yourself. you have no idea the backround of whos helping you, and its plain ignorant to be offensive and asking for help at the same time. be more mature in the future. thanks.
