My PS2 disc tray ejects fine but as it gets to the last half an inch when opening, it makes a little rubbing noise. It's not a motor grind. I know what that sounds like. It sounds like a rubber-type material rubbing up against something plastic. It almost sounds like the top of the tray (the face of it) is rubbing along the inside of the slot as it comes out. Again, it's only in the last half an inch and it's kind of soft. Regardless, I'm afraid of it getting worse or it being one of those things where you should have fixed it before it got bad.

Can anyone help? Any similar stories? Thank you all so much. Everyone is always so much help here!
