hi i have got a v9 ps2 with a crystal chip inside it, as you lot know (hopefully) the chip is blank and it needs it firmware but i need to know how to get it on since the last time i tried the update firmware disc does not work on the ps2

well i do not have one of those, but if it works like the upgrades for my DMS4 Pro do this.

download the firmware, unzip it, burn the Cue file to a CD (you should have a bin and cue file)
Then play it in the PS2
