First, I would update your rip/decreyption program. DVD Decrypter does not get updated anymore. So movies that came out in 2005 and before, you should be able to rip but new movies won't be able. Also, DVD Shrink no longer receives updates. I would recommend installing DVD Fab Decrypter. This is a new program that still receives updates and it is free. Also, I would download VOB Blanker. This is a free program as well that will blank out dumby or fake cells in the VTS file that is created with ripping with DVD Decrypter, Fab, Shrink, whatever. After you have the programs that are needed these are the steps you would use:
1. Rip the DVD using DVD Fab, DVD Shrink, or DVD Decrypter (But remember my advise with regards to the ripper)
2. Once you have ripped the file onto your hard drive, I would then open the file in VOB Blanker and run the through VOB. VOB will create a new VTS file that will have blanked dumby and fake cells. If you do not get rid of these cells, Shrink will not be able to read the file nor will Nero.
3. After running through VOB Blanker, open new VTS file in DVD Shrink. With Shirnk, you will be able to compress the file so it fits on a standard 4.7 blank DVD.
4. Once opened in Shrink, Shrink will then analysis the file, encode the file and burn onto a blank disc using your brun engine (Nero is the best)
The whole process, assuming you do not have a newer movie that requires some time to work with the files to rip them correctly and burn correctly, should take about 30-45 minutes. As you run into issues I along with others on here with be able to help you but I would also consult the following thread:

Also this guide by Alkohol is a great example of how the process should work. Alkohol proves us with these great guides. They are excellent examples that can be applied to about 99% of all DVDs, not just the one the guide is specificly created for.
