Hi,
I was wondering if there is a free or commercial
all in one tool for the psp. One that will rip,
encode, and transfer a movie to the psp.

Hello ofield,

PSP Video 9 is a great free tool that allows you to transcode various formats such as avi/mpg, and into PSP compatible video format.

There are no free all-in-ones. You are best of using something like DVD Decrypter to rip the movie to your hdd and then converting using the above tool.
