Hey all, at my work we use a couple of philips standalone dvd burners to burn footage to. How ever we keep getting random problems with the burner. The burner may burn most of the footage and then get a disc error and refuse to finalize the disc or it may get an error at the start of the recording. We have tried differnt media but to no avail. What i'm wondering is, is it possible to remove an unfinalized disc and put it in my sony dru 500 at home and force the disc to finalize so we can at least access the recored footage??? Or if u have any ideas how i could fix this problem it would be great.
