alright,

i have never had any problems with converting my avi to dvd until now. i used to be a convertx guy and everything was fine. i have since changed to winavi and it seems i get a jump on my tv screen now. i dont know if it is my media or is it the conversion. little help would save me some cash on discs.

In you WinAVI, check your Advanced settings. Make sure the PAL/NTSC setting is set for you location.
