Yes, you can just place the files in either of the music folders contained in the E/Apps folder.

Try putting them in this folder E\TDATA\fffe0000\music, you do not need to move each file one by one. Just select the first file, hold down your shift button then select the last file, from the top menu select move, then filter to the destination file and paste.

and you can do this using explorer360? because i do not see the filter selection, nor can i select multiple files with either CTRL or Shift,

oh by the way, do you need a modded(soft or not) xbox to do this? because i do not

you have to rip from the cd if you dont have a modded xbox unless you do a hotswap and then use xplorer360.

you have to get the hotswap just right or it wont work. when you open xplorer360 and go to drive>open>harddrive or memcard does it recognize the partitions? if not then you didnt do it right. when you disconnect the hdd from the xbox you have to do it as soon as the white microsoft word pops up at the bottom.

yep did all that, and i got into Partion 4\TDATA\fffe0000\music and used the "insert file" on the top menu, and the music seemed to appear in the file, but when i went and plugged the xbox back together, i had no music under my music

oh man are you missin out. ill tell you exactly how to do it if you want. you dont even need AR. just need to know if you ever play on xbox live, because if you do then i dont know any other way than using the AR method. An ftp connection is a connection between your xbox and pc. you use a program to transfer files between them. a lot easier than using the hotswap everytime you want to put something on your xbox.

now back up every partition you have to your pcs hard drive, just in case you ever want to reverse the softmod.
