i just borrow this movies and when i try to backups using DVD Shrink it gave me a errors said: DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot contiue Invalid DVD Navigation structure. any help

The problem is not that it is a dual layered movie. Sony first came out with the cute idea of messing up their DVDs so Shrink would not work. You should state the movie title in your post. Check out these links.
