Ive been searching all night for what iso loader would work with what, and have gotten nothing but the run around, I'm mostly interested in playing only games i already own on my 2.0>1.5 psp

-GTA LCS (i know will work with the mph loader)
-Star Wars BattleFront 2 ???
-Midway Arcade treasures ???
-Hot shots golf 2 ???

Now are these playable off my mem stick with appropriate programs?

Any problem with these if they do run (i.e. no save functions or background music or anything ?

Also, would operation of the umd dumper and iso loader be as simple as dumping then loading the iso? or will i have to do some pc work to get my freshly ripped ISO's to run ?

Im extremely sorry if any of you get pissed off by this post, but im just real tired of searching and not getting any straight answers. Im extremely happy with my 2.0, but im looking to not carry around so many UMD's, and also the web browser got lame REALLY QUICK(i think my old 386 enhanced ran faster). And although i am a fan of fanjita's loader, i dont like waiting for an update like a starved dog to see if my fav homebrew will run on it.

As it is I could just stay with 2.0 and just use the umds with the HORRIBLY LONG SWBF 2 load times, and the eloader does give me majority of the emulation i need, whats your guys' opinion ?!?!?

Also, Ive heard of people downgrade flashing their psps tons of times with no problems, but then ive also heard of people saying the chips were only meant to be flashed so many times, and over doing it would be detrimental to the psps health. Thoughts and opinions ?

Thanks in advance and sorry if i may seem "n00bish".

Ok,
Star wars battlefront and midway arcade treasures will work with umd emulator which you need for GTA with mph, as for hot shots 2 that sounds pretty new ive never really seen it so im not sure, but if its a new 2.6 game i dont think it will work yet. Theres no problems with battlefront 2 but im not sure about midway.

You would have to do some work before you get it working
To dump you need fastloader
to play you have many options some games work in fastloader others like gta will only work with mph or other methods
heres a thread about dumping
http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/283828

After youve dumped youll need to use a ripper eg umdripper
then a iso rebuilder umdgen
you can get the tools here

Ok ive downgraded/upgraded about 4o+ times over about a year now, id say its pretty safe as long as you dont overdo it. Just do it when you really need to not like once a day.

Sometimes to keep things peaceful you need a Piece thats Full

Also if you want to dump UMDs faster use the UMD DAX dumper (download from here: http://www.psp-hacks.com/2006/04/27/umd-dax-dumper-beta/ ). This allows you to dump through USB, if your computer has USB 2.0 the dumping proccess will speed up considerably.

Im sorry, I didnt mean hot shots golf 2, i meant hot shots golf, open tee
its a 1.5 req game

Would you guys say loading from the mem stick would be worth it ?
does it really decrease load times that much ?

Also may seem irrelevant, but i have a Ultra II Mem card (1 gig)

Also thanks you guys so much for helping me

It does decrease the load times, especially if you have a high speed memory stick.
