Playing Flash APPs on PSP

I got the new 2.7 firmware so i could play flash apps. but i cant figure out how to play them from the memory stick. Is it possible to save them to your memory stick, or do you have to view them via wireless internet?

Just save them anywhere on your memory stick, then point your browser to it (you must type file:/ first, so if you want to play a flash file called x.swf; which is in the root of your memory stick, then you type file:/x.swf into the browser).

And so your typing X:swf into the brwoser right???? So what does it do ??? get you to some game files,or music files??? Anyways But like if you wanted to how would you type the address????

When you type the path of a flash file, the browser just begins playing it.

That depends on the type of flash file you point it to. You can use Google to search for different types of flash files (but remember it must be 2MB or less for it to work on the PSP)

Ok thanks very much eternalis,you are such a big help!!! I can always depend on you when I have any questions!!!LOL!!!! Well ok so when you type in the website is that the things that you have downloaded from flash files or the things that you can play from flash files???????

so your saying that if i put an .swf file in my common folder i need to type in file:/common/x.swf in my address bar in my web browser?

ok..thanks, I have another question you know like if you go to walmart there are prices for memory sticks I want you to tell me which one is a better choice!!!! ok
128mb.-$19.82 which rounds to about $20.00
32mb.-$19.82 which rounds to about $20.00
512mb.-$49.82 which rounds to about $50.00
1GB.-$58.82 which rounds to about $60.00
2GB.-$139.82 which rounds to about $140.00(I know Im not getting that lol)
Well If you could plzz tell me which one would you choose!!!!!!!!!

It depends on what you want to use your PSP for. Since you have firmware 2.7 the only reason you would want a big memory stick is if you have alot of music or movies. However Sony may start releasing more free demos from the internet (and they are also going to release PS1 games too) so I recommend that you get atleast 1GB. But it really depends on what you want to use your PSP for.

You will be also allowed to have a PS1 emulator for all you 2.7+ users, it will be available in the 3.0 version, where you can download PS1 games for money (ofcourse, greedy sony) and play them off your psp playstation emulator. Another hombrew for the later versions to come :)

How do I put the .swf file under common???? Like what is it a new folder, WinZIP file or what?????

you take your swf. file and put it directly into drive (x) (your psp drive) then from your web browser you type in file:/x.swf then the file will load.
dont put the file into a folder.. just directly into the root of the drive.

whats the point of having flash files if it cant be larger than 2 MB?
So now if u go online with ur PSP can you go to sfdt.com and watch flash toons? Or is that not possible. I would check but i dont want to update my firm.
PS3...it only does everything(that Sony allows it to)

amm...will it be able to donwload PS1 games from the net for free and play them...or is it the only way to pay
