when i install applications using the lastest Nokia PC suite on my nokia 6230i phone often they will be greyed out on the phone and unable to launch with error "invalid application" but later if i leave it for a while or delete some other applications then they launch properly and run but often they use about 1/3 of the screen in the top left hand corner..

Am i doing anything wrong? and if so what can i do?
