VSO Convertxtodvd burning problem

Hi all. I can not get convertxtodvd to recognise my dvd burner (pioneer 110) after reinstalling windows XP. It was working fine before, but due to a problem when i updated XP, i had to reinstall windows. Once i had reinstalled, and reinstalled convertx, it failed to recognise the writer. The writer works fine with nero and shows up in "my computer" as normal, but when i do the drop down box in convertx, nothing. I can still burn the finished product with Nero, but it was nice and easy when convertx burned the disc as i could leave the file encoding when i went to bed, and it would all be ready to watch the following morning. Any help would be very handy. Thanks in advance.
