I don't think the doc folder is required, but you can put it in the root of your memory stick. Also copy the ISO, DAXZISO, PSP and UMD folders to the root of your memory stick. Thats it!

No, the ISO emulation mode should be set to MPHGL. An use boot.bin to on. Did you fix the ISO or was it already fixed to run (replaced/decrypted PRX files etc.)? If not visit my guide:
http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/329866

For SOCOM you need the PRXs from this pack (it also includes a game save as you can't start a new game):
http://www.prx.psp-tuts.net/socom.rar
(For instructions on how to replace the existing PRXs with these ones this see my guide).

3. Fire up UMDGen and open up your ISO. Browse to PSP_GAME then USRDIR then MODULES. You should see several PRX files there...........in my socom game there is no modules file that as any .PRX file <In side the USRDIR= (RUN.folder, ICON0.PNG ,ICON1.PMF ,PIC1.PNG ,SND0.AT3 )>

There should be two folders called kmodule and module, these contain the PRXs. If they are not there create them in USRDIR and put the PRXs from the file I gave you into them.

Did you decrypt the eboot.bin, rename it to boot.bin and replace the encrypted one in the ISO with it?
