Choose one ripper and leave the rest disabled...AnyDVD/DVD Decrypter combo will rip this one no problems. DVDFab Decrypter should also be able to handle it. Having more than one decrypter enabled sometimes will cause some conflicts. What is the error message that you are getting?

garydv,

DVD shrink alone should be able to rip this movie, there's nothing special about how this movie is copy protected. I backed this one up using the AnyDVD and clonedvd2 combo with no problems.

failed to read file
This may be an indication that there's something wrong with the disk and the drive is unable to read a section/sector of it correctly?

Try this, make sure the disk is clean, use the ripper that's included with AnyDVD to rip the video files to your HDD. You can access the tool by right clicking on the red fox in your taskbar, choose your source and output location and let the tool do it's job, once it's done you should be able to open the files using DVD Shrink, at this point you can proceed as you normally would using shrink.

If you're unable to successfully rip the files to your HDD using this process, then it's possible that there maybe a problem with the disk, return it and exchange it for another, then try the backup process again using the new disk.

Use Anydvd and believe
