You are able to watch video on FW2.5. But you must convert it to a format the PSP accepts first. To do this you can use PSP Video 9, download it from here:
http://www.pspvideo9.com/
Homebrew does work with GTA. The eLoader loads homebrew apps using an exploit in GTA. The GTA Eloader is essentially a GTA savegame, that when used with the UMD, will start the eloader and allow you to play homebrew apps.
The eloader will not play ISOs, you can only play ISOs on FW1.5.
Most emulators do work on FW2.5. For a full compatibility list visit here:
http://www.fanjita.org
And you know that homebrew is 'homemade' software (software that isn't licensed by Sony) right?

Yes you need the eLoader and a GTA UMD to run emulators. The emulators are homebrew.

actually, i am a person who works two full time jobs and trys to help other ppl who work for their money from being duped by low-life, scummy, deceptive ppl like yourself.
You are trying to take advantage of a newbie who doesnt kno any better and advertise that psp isos can be played on a 2.6.
this is false and you are a fraud.
how big is your credibility now?
If i was really that cheap and didnt want to work, maybe id do what u jerks do which is come to sites like these learn a little bit about psps then make bullcrap websites exploiting ppl who arent knowledgable about psps.
You make me laugh... u really do...
get a life and a real job.

Quote: can u watch video on mem card?
if you are going to want to watch videos/movies you might as well order a bigger mem card that way it can come same time your psp comes...
get a 1 gig atleast so you will be able to put 1/2 movies on at a time.. or u can get a 2 gig if u think u are going to be a monster w/the movies.

i got a 1gb memory card from ebay for $50AU
is one of the fast spped which normmaly comes in around $489AU
so i saved myself $439
also the 2gb arent very expensive so visit ebay and get one.
also never upgrade to 2.7. no hacks or exploits work not even gta lcs so be warned
