hey, everyone. i recently went on a trip to europe and took tons of pictures. while i was there, i ran out of memory on my camera cards, so i went to a camera store and had the pics burned to CDs. apparently, they used Roxio to burn the CDs.

the problem i'm having is that they split my 1.5 gigs (approx) of pictures onto 3 CDs. when i put the CDs into the comp, the Roxio Retrieve (burned onto the CDs with the pics) autoruns. i select all of the pics and go through all of the steps (location of extraction, putting the different CDs in, etc).

but when its all done extracting, and i go to the folder i've told Retrieve to extract to, the pics are there, except they won't open. because of this, i'm assuming that some of the data (from the pics) are still missing, and/or that the extraction is not working correctly.

so... i'm wondering if anybody knows how to deal with this, or if there are any alternative methods of getting my pics off of the CDs. if you need any more info, i'll be more than happy to give it to you (trust me). thanks in advance!
