Hi all, I have been doing much research on these machines and all of your threads have been great !! One thing tho, you need to do a RESTORE first. Pop the CD in and away it goes.

Now to my problem which I can't see anywhere else, I set the date and time as well as the date and time formats. The time nor the date updates .. ie. I set to 10:45AM and put the recorder into standby, the : flashes on the front panel between the hour and minute, but the hour and minute remain at 10:45 forever !!
any sugestions ?? This is the case with origional firmware and with the latest firmware.
