CAN SOMEONE HELP ME I have a 2.60 psp and I downloaded eLoaderBeta_260 to use it with my grand theft auto liberty city stories. Then I downloaded snes9xTYL-0.3 Then I loaded gta and the eLoaderBet starts. Then I press on snes9xTYL but sometimes snes9xTYL dosn't load and sometimes it does load. When it don't load I get a black screen and the psp shuts down. And one more thing when snes9xTY does load it ses there is some error with my roms. Can someone plaes help me

For firmware 2.6 you have to use the standard version of snes9x-tyl ( not the ME version). You can download this from here:

Which version are you using?

Also do not use the beta version of eLoader, use the latest version which you can download from these links:
http://files.fanjita.org/psp/eloader097_nocache.exe (windows installer)
http://files.fanjita.org/psp/eloader097_nocache.zip (zip file)
