nero burn problems

hi guys i recently built a new puter and have installed dvd shrink and put nero onto my computer (which i updated from their website.)
i copied a movie with shrink no probs, then when it came to the burning part an error came up saying that it could not burn,so iclosed shrink down and went into nero and burned the dvd there from the files on my hard drive, it came out great, so i tried again copied great but would not burn so it seems that nero is not connecting with or interacting with shrink, i have checked the setting in shrink and it seem ok and nero is checked to do the burning.
the error is reading
error\n cannot connect TRF
NTspti used.
nero API version.6.6.1.4
using interface version 6.3.1.4 followed by a great ammount more of script, and i am sure that this is a dvd shrink report and not a nero report
my dvd burner is a pioneer model DVR-111D.
i have been copying with these 2 programs on my old puter for a long time the drive on there was the same except for the model number which was DVR-110D.
could someone please help here. thanks in advance.

hey john 123 thx a million man i thought i was going crazy,lol u know it`s strange but i downloaded the Nero pdates to my old puter, but come to think of it since doing so i have not used shrink to copy,
