Can I change the mode in usb extreme. I have connected to my slim ps2. I have downloaded burnout revenge on the hard drive. Mode 3 has to be enabled in order for it to play.
Can anyone please tell me how to enable mode in usb extreme

USB extreme/advance use a different system than hdloader. There is no method to change modes on games. Pretty much they either work or they don't.

USB/e/a really sucks. Out of all my games, only like 5 of them worked and and cut scene that played was always jerky. I really wish there was more support for the program, but it really is a waste of time :-\.

Your best bet is to get HD Connect for your slimline... You'll be much happier.
