Firstly what game is it? And secondly, try using a different emulator a.k.a:

UMD Emulator 0.8c

Where you can download it from www.psp-hacks.com

PS2 Slimline + Swap Magic + Fan
PS3 60gb Version 1.90
PSP 3.52 M33 EUR Black Version + Logitech Hard Case + Logitech 3 Sound Speakers + 2gb Sony Memory Stick
Nintendo Wii + 3 Wii&Nunchuck Controllers
NDS Original + M3 Simply + 1gb Kingston MicroSD
NDS Lite + M3 Simply + 2gb Sandisk MicroSD

According to the compatibility list(found here: http://www.psp-hacks.com/loader-compatibility-list.php ), UMD Emulator can be used to run TOCA Race driver 2.

Download UMD Emulator from here: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/92

Extract the core.bin and menu.bmp to a folder called UMDEMULATOR in the root of your memory stick.

Extract the two eboots to PSP\GAME\ (they should be in two folders, one with a % and one without it).

Then put your ISO in a folder called ISO in the root of your memory stick.

Put a UMD into your PSP and run UMD Emulator, leave the settings as is and scroll down to TOCA Race Driver 2 ISO and press X and it should start.

If you were the one that dumped it you might need to do some iso shrinking n ripping before the backup will work try
umd riper http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/180
and
umdgen http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/454
first you need toextract ISO with WinRAR and then point umdripper to PSP_GAME
then rip out dummy data.
Use umdgen to rebuild iso

Sometimes to keep things peaceful you need a Piece thats Full
