I recently had my phone unlocked by going to a corp. Cingular store, having them email Motorola and finally receiving the unlock code. (Cingular told Motorola I was travelling abroad??) Now I cannot access the internet on the phone. I have been told by Cingular that because the phone was unlocked ( this phone was an original Cingular phone and I am a Cingular customer, don;t know why the phone had to be unlocked in the first place and neither do they)that some of the services ie. media net and/or internet may not work. WHY??? They said might be a SIM issue, tried a 64k vs 32k sim from Cingular and still no luck. AND, basically because I had the phone unlocked they, Cingular, cannot help me. I keep getting a run around from them. Anyone with information, please take pitty on me, HELP!!!!
