Hi I purchased a 4gb hard drive for the PSP for 120 GBP from www.consolemoduk.co.uk on march 28th. I haven't received anything yet. I contacted the company more than 10 times but there wasn't any response.

I payed by Visa debit and contacted my bank who were of no help. They said I authorised the payment and so it's not fraud. They said contact trading standards, but I don't think they will get my money back.

The site is still up and running. In fact I googled it and he has another site with exactly the same format and company name:

jasonosei.hostingisfree.com/shop

Now on the site there is an option of bank tranfer which has his bank account details. He has an account with Natwest.

Can someone advise who I should approach?

My bank? No help
Natwest bank?
Police?

Nochex? I have emailed them, but I think they will just give usual crap of not wanting to get involved
Other suggestions?

I really want to act while the website is up and running.

Ouch! To be honest mate with it being your debit card You don't have any insurance of getting your money back.

If you'd of paid by credit card or paypal then you wouldn't have any trouble.

Your best bet is to ring the bank and tell them that you are not happy with there services on there end and if they don't do something about it then you will be looking elsewhere for there servcies as this usually acts as a wakeup call on there end.

Just so you know in future if you buy off ebay then Ebay are quite good at chasing the money back for you also on Ebay theres several Datel 4GB hard drives for aroun £70 to £90.
