I have downloaded a dvd with 50cent.Get.Rich.Die.Trying.SVCD.DVDRIP.tar and Friday After Next DVDSCR.XVID-DVL.tar how do i play them on my computer or on my dvd?

If you wanna play it on your cpu then get vcdgear. You can convert it to mpeg and watch it on windows media player. To burn it on cd you need to convert it to bin/cue which is an image file and then burn it with nero or alcohol 120%, clone cd or any other burning software that supports image files.
