Hi,

A quick question,

If I rip a dvd in reauthor mode can i keep the directors commentary?

Yes, just make sure the DC audio stream is checked (along with your regular stream so you can switch between the two). Since you cannot keep a menu in re-author mode, you'll just need to use the "audio" button on your DVD remote to switch between audio streams when playing in your stand alone player.
