i have a toshiba sd-r5112 and the problem is it won`t read official dvds it does eveything else it it use to read official dvds now it won`t i have cleaned it uninstaaled re-installed now am lost can any one help thanxs

The only thing i can think of is updating the firmware on the drive. That may help fix the problem.
