Running firmware 1.5 and first attempts to load games from disk seem to have gone horribly wrong. First I loaded Fastloader 0.7 onto my memory stick. I have a UMD in the PSP already. Then I copy across an ISO to the PSP ISO Directory.
I then switch the PSP off/on. I get spongebob screen etc and X through. However instead of the game loading Fastloader starts 'dumping' from the UMD disk.
Now I can't get rid of this screen. The 'home' button doesn't do anything and it doesn't matter whether there is a UMD in the drive or not. I deleted Fastloader from the memory stick (I can still access USB via the triangle button)but this doesn't seem to make any difference either.
Can anyone help a concerned nOOb ? Thanks.

you must have accidentally just hit dump inserted umd. Its ok once its started dumping you cant stop it youll have to wait. Once its done you can press L+R+Home to get out otherwaise you could just hold the power button up for 15 seconds.
Like greggi said, use umd emulator it doesnt have a dump option that way theres no way that this will happen.

Sometimes to keep things peaceful you need a Piece thats Full
