Hello All,

I am having a serious issue burning my movies with Clone DVD. I just purchased the liscense because it worked well on the trial I had about 3 months ago. However, I upgraded to the new version. I get the error message "Write Media 10 11 W12"

It is not a media issue because I use Nero to burn with this same set of discs (Since I am tired of messing them up). There isn't any firmware for my Sony Double Layer Burner. (Model DRX-720 UL)

I can't figure out what is going on. I run the program on my Dell Latitute 600 which is the same machine I ran it on before.

I have read the posts but nothing I have tried (removing Roxio) has worked. However the only new item I have installed is software for my IPOD.

Please help.

I would suggest you contact Slysoft with an error report. They are great about tech support for such issues. Just fill out the form and give them all the details you can.
