Motorola v360 mp3 question

Hi, I'm in Australia (if that makes any difference) and recently got a motorola v360. Now, it didn't come with the transflash memory card thing.

Now, I'm not good with cell phones lol.
But can you add a song to use as a ringtone without the memory card?
Does the phone have a small amount of memory to hold it?
Everytime I hook it up to the pc it's telling me to insert the memory...when I click on the removable drive icon...

Any help would be really appreciated.

if you get mobile phone tools you should be able to transfer files to use as ringtones.
