Does anyone know if it's possible to use the
software if you have a 1.8 GHz Intel Celeron
CPU?

As long as you have a dvd burner and enough hard drive space, or a dvd-rom as well as a burner, you should be able to use DVDXCopy

This is an amazingly imformative site with many places to find information and help. Please support it.
