How do you take multiple movie extras and burn onto one DVD5?

I am looking to take the extras from various movies and merge them onto one DVD5 format. I am having trouble figuring out how to keep the menus of various movies and merge them onto one DVD. Can anyone help with this? I am looking to leave the movie with the menu on one disk and extract the extras.

For example: I have three movies to back up. Each movie would be burned on its own separate DVD with their respective menus. The extras from these three movies would then be consolidated into one DVD with their respective menus as well. Can this be done? Can anyone share their experience with this?
