I do not think you will be able to get unlock code for free, not for motorola razr v3. But if you would like to unlock it with other method go to page 18 of http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/283892 and there you will find the instructions. If you read the tutorial in the above link, and will be a bit confused, read http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/336892 first.
