CloneDVD2 error message-Need Help Please!

I used AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 to copy HoodWinked, but when CloneDVD2 goes to burn it to a blank DVD, I get an error message. This is what it says:

WriteDVD 10 11 W2

I have tried a few brand new DVDs and still get this message. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

1.What brand of media have you tried?
2.What's the write speed you set clonedvd2 for?
3.When was the last time you updated your drive's firmware, because it may need one? Post its name and model# if possible.
4. What version of clonedvd2 are you using?

I get the same messageWrite "DVD 10 11 W2" . I have tried two different types of media and three different sources of dvd's.

The computer manufacturer says the sony DVD RW DW-Q28A doesnt have any updates to the drivers.

The speed of clone DVD was set to default

I tried two different version of clone dvd. 2.8.9.8 and 2.8.9.7(The 2.8.9.7 was working earlier)
