i have an 550 MHZ emachine (win98SE)

i formatted and installed WINXP

Problem: when shutting down the OS shuts down but the hardware is still on. After waiting til the OS is shut down I have to hit the power button again to depower everything.

Otherwise all runs 300% better.

Whats the fix? Am I missing a driver?
