Exit [USA] - Boot method ?

Does anyone know exactly what method I use to boot Exit ?

I got the USA version. I patched the ISO with PPF-O-Matic and tried running it with UMD Emulator RunUMD version but cant get it to boot. Ive tried almost every method I can think of with no joy.

Anyone here running the USA version ? If so, what emulator you using with what settings ?

I have the Jap version with an english patch, loads fine with Dax Pax MPHGL direct setting. Not sure if the US version loads using the same settings though.
