Hi i am in the process of backing up all my home movies wiht RB and CCE, and i was wondering if certain movies have more trouble getting backed up. I dad Narnia and it came out beautifully, than i did gladiator and it came out pretty pooply. Both movies are about the same length. And i dont know if anyone uses the CLEV-2 feature while using cyberlink, but that really makes it look even worse.

Thanks for the help

I'm just wondering what went wrong. I did gladiator quite a while back and it came out good. I don't know of any particular releases that are causing problems. I've been doing old and new releases. I don't do everything, so I may have missed something. But as I said, I did do Gladiator and it came out good. Normally I let RB delete the extra sound and subtitles and then do the full backup.

do do? hmmmmmm something smells here..... or did I just step into it! LOL hahahahaha Just kidding with ya Brobear!

Gladiator was an easy back up and came out great with CCE. I also have done long movies, old and new with CCE, and with great quality results. Better than the one click transcoders, that's for sure! I suspect that maybe something was going on when you did the job. Were you multitasking?

and using CLEV-2 shouldn't make a difference as to how much quality the DVD had.. it's just for different viewing (a setting) in PowerDVD. it doesn't enhance or take away the quality of the DVD itself. It's viewing preferences.

LOL You must have stepped into it. ;) You're describing doo-doo. The poor dodo is an extinct bird.

I wish I could see the source files and the output on this one. As I mentioned, the backup I did of Gladiator came out good. I've not seen many complaints involving Gladiator.
