ILO DVDRHD04 Problems

I've read alot about the problems people have had with this unit and I've just found that changing out the DVD ROM cured the problems with write-once discs trying to "Prepare" as if they were DVDRW's. The unit will now Write to CD, Finalize and Play back without corrupting discs, or not finalizing, etc. It seems to be just fine now. I DVDRW I replaced the orginal with does not quite fit in the case; I had to move the power supply and the ROM faceplate doesn't fit, but it's a good solution unit I can get an orignal replacement unit. Good luck with yours.
