which is the best loader that can run 2.0 umds on a 1.5
for example: has multiplayer
doesnt crash etc.

It depends on what game you're trying to run. Each loader has its pros and cons depending on what game you want to run. None of the current games are able to do multiplayer because none of the loaders support multiplayer. Every now and then some of the loaders crash but its not very often.

There are 2 major ones:
RunUMD- You can download this from here: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/404 . You will need an X folder in the root of your memory stick (you can find the download here: http://eternal-psp.vze.com/dl.htm )
MPH Game Loader- You can download this from here: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/348 . You will need firmware 2.00 in files format for this (You can find the download here: http://eternal-psp.vze.com/dl.htm ).
